Snapfixly is the seller of the services listed on this site. Payments for Snapfixly services are processed by our payment processor Stripe. Refunds are issued by us back to your original payment method via Stripe.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Snapfixly fees. If you're not happy with your Snapfixly report or booking service, you can request a full refund of the Snapfixly fee within 30 days of your order date.

In particular, if the end-of-lease assessor (on the £8.99 tier) identifies chargeable damage on the vehicle that we did not pick up from the photos or video you submitted, you are entitled to a full refund of the Snapfixly fee within the 30-day window. Just email us at enquiries@snapfixly.co.uk with your order date and a brief note of what the assessor spotted that our report missed.

How to request a refund

Email us at enquiries@snapfixly.co.uk with your order date and the email address you paid with. We aim to respond within 2 working days and, once approved, refunds are typically returned to your card by Stripe within 5–10 working days.

What a refund covers

The Snapfixly fee (for example £6.89 for the AI end-of-lease check or £8.99 for the check plus booking) is the only amount we can refund. Snapfixly fees do not include repair, parts, labour, valeting, gardening, cleaning or any other work carried out by a third-party tradesperson or garage — those are quoted and invoiced by the provider directly and paid by you to that provider. A refund of the Snapfixly fee is separate from, and does not entitle you to a refund of, any amount you have paid to a third-party provider. Disputes about work carried out by a third-party provider must be raised with them directly.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under UK law, including any rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
